1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website visionvirtuepartnership.com and any associated tools or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services Description

Vision & Virtue Partnership provides financial strategy consulting, financial modeling, business planning, and strategic advisory services to businesses and entrepreneurs. Our Services include:

• Visibility Portal: A cloud-based financial planning platform that enables authorised customers to upload General Ledger data, build organisational structures, create budgets, manage salary allocations, and generate Cash Flow forecasts. Access is granted via a unique customer key issued by Vision & Virtue. Data entered into the Visibility Portal is stored server-side on our infrastructure.
• Financial modeling and analysis tools (Finance AI)
• Marketing content generation and publishing tools (Marketing AI)
• Strategic consulting and advisory engagements
• Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development
• Investment readiness and representation services

3. Not Financial or Investment Advice

The content, tools, outputs, analyses, models, and communications provided through our Services — including AI-generated content — are for informational and strategic planning purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Financial advice within the meaning of any applicable law
• Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• Legal or tax advice
• Accounting advice

Any financial projections, models, or analyses produced are estimates based on information provided by you and assumptions made by our tools and consultants. Actual results may differ materially. You should always consult a qualified licensed professional before making financial, investment, legal, or tax decisions.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our Finance AI and Marketing AI tools use artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate content, analyses, and outputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• All AI-generated outputs are reviewed and approved by Vision & Virtue personnel before any external publication
• AI outputs do not replace professional judgment and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions
• Content submitted to our AI tools is transmitted to Anthropic, Inc. for processing

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security controls or access systems without authorisation
• Not upload files containing malware, illegal content, or third-party confidential information without the right to share it
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access codes or credentials provided to you, including your Visibility Portal customer key
• Not share your Visibility Portal customer key with unauthorised parties; you are responsible for all activity performed under your key

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Vision & Virtue Partnership or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Financial models and deliverables created specifically for your engagement remain your property upon full payment of agreed fees, subject to any engagement-specific agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vision & Virtue Partnership, its partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services or reliance on any content or output produced by our tools.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Vision & Virtue in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and uploaded documents as confidential. We do not share your business data with third parties except as required to deliver the Services (e.g., transmitting data to Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing) or as required by law.

9. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of Services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
